Cheesecake Pancakes...DIVINE!!!

I just made them, DELISH!! i only changed a few things. since i tried the first with butter, and it pretty much stuck to the pan, i made the rest with canola oil. and it was perfect, easy to flip, and on low they cooked much faster than with butter. i also added baking soda and vanilla. and i too...
