Didn't weigh for 1st two weeks but estimate I started at 255.I weighed 231.5 today.Started with 42 pants which were tight.In 38's now.From XXL shirts to XL.I see Large shirts in my future very soon.I am 6 foot 1 and 53y/o.I will reach 185-188 by august.This way of eating with my daily walks is...
