hi.. all.. after being 124.5 then.. going up to 126.5 due to the salt in that low fat hilshire farm with dextrose.. it came off plus a pound as if this AM!! I am keeping with my meats not processed.. yesterday.. made boiled shrimp then added mayo and celery seed .. then baked chicken with skin...
