my first 20 Lbs is lost... 40 lbs to go...

hello everybody i lost my first 20 lbs..since january 1th 09,201,then ,now 181,and hopefully 2 more months and 160 and 2 more 140-138,138 is my final goal,but now im just going for my next 20,if i knew how to put pictures i would,may be someone can advise me...
