Stopped Procrastinating and done something about it

Hi Folks - been a while since I came on but I have been sticking with the Diet with good results. I am now 236lbs. I walk 2.5 miles every day and play squash once a week. The best part is when people notice that I have lost the weight! I have a single Atkins chocolate bar on a Friday...
