 Starting again after switching meds - need some encouragement Hi everyone. I started on Atkins in January, as I am stuck with a lot of excess baby weight after having twins. I tried Atkins in 2005 and really enjoyed it compared with 4 years on Weight Watchers. This time, the weight refused to come off. I think I lost a total of 3 pounds in 3 months,...
