I have been doing Atkins since 11/10/08. I started out at 200 pounds and now weigh 163 pounds. I have lost 37 pounds give or take a pound up or down on any given day. My scales have completely stopped moving for 2 weeks! I might go to 36 pounds lost one day and then back to 37 pounds but no more. I...
