I had to go back and look...

I weighed 235 in March of 06 by 4/26/07 I was 163...and on my scales today I was 170! Panic time!

My all time high was 263 1/2 pounds.

72 pounds not counting today.

I have not excercised due to back problems and general lazyness and I find that I have VERY loose skin. Ugly! I was also sick a lot last year and was dehydrated a lot for reasons neither my doctor nor I understand.

I have a newer picture from Dec. 07 but I am just - you know, around the house, not dressed up.

well, I was 282 at my heaviest...and we look great even now don't we!!!

I've got a way to go yet...and I'm determined this time!
