| Still working on my weight, so these are not my 'after' pictures. But, I thought I'd share since I have lost over 105 lbs. now!!!...woo hoo!!!...anything to help motivate others!!! | |||||||||||

| well, I have lost & gained before...been south beaching since 05 I think? I forgot about phase 3 last time I reached my goal...but not this time...lol I have lost 55 lbs in the past 6 months. The first time I lost my 100 lbs I did it in about 10 months I think...averaged about 2-3 lbs per week, more during phase 1 of course...I think I lost like 13 lbs the first time I followed phase 1 (w/no cheating) I try to only get on the scale once a week, 7 days gives me something to look forward to every week...seeing results in 2-3 lbs. instead of getting on every day and seeing a little gain, a little loss, back & forth....seeing good solid results like 2 lbs every week kept me motivated, and still does, (now more like 1-2 lbs. a week)....as well as just simply deciding that I'm DETERMINED this time...Dang it all...I can do this...it's one thing I can control in my life...I'm the boss...You could say that I'm almost pissed off about it...lol....especially when I start to see results...why didn't I do this years ago!!!??? I'm pretty excited about what I'm seeing in the mirror now, and that makes me push even harder to reach my goal. I also get added motivation from the compliments people are giving me now....seeing those results also makes me feel stronger...every week...I control my body...no one else! | |||||||||||

| well its definitly something to be proud of, thats for sure! I mean, if you can lose 100lbs with out getting your stomach stapled, by dieting and excercising, you can do anything ya know? i guess its one day at a time for all of us huh? | |||||||||||

| well it's now July...Since I re-started back on Nov. 19th I have now lost a total of 63.2 lbs....still plunkin' away...I'll have to take new after pictures pretty soon huh?...getting closer to my goal...only 18.8 lbs. to go...soon....very soon.... | |||||||||||
