Default I've Lost 140!
Wow...

So I did the math this morning and I'm officially down 140 pounds since I started South Beach Diet...holy crap...That's almost as much as I weigh now! In a nutshell, guess I can say I've lost myself ... LOL

I took 2 pictures of myself today (the frist two)...and I just found a couple of me from 2002...not exactly my HEAVIEST, but for sure is a far cry from where I am now...lol....wow...look at all that hair I had....must have been trying to hide under it...hehe
