| Hi! Thanks for posting a before and during. We're the same height, but I'm making my goal 160. I could always change my mind though once I get there. You get to 160 first and I'll see how it looks on you and then decide! :Hug2: You've really worked hard and it definately shows. | |||||||||||

| Tiny im so envious of you. Great job!! How do you make yourself stick to it? I only have 10lbs to loose and it's so hard to make myself stick to anything longer than 2 weeks. DO you have any advice? Thanks and congrats on your weight loss. | ||||||||||

| The first two weeks of this diet are the key. If you can survive that, you will be fine. My approach was to eat everything exactly as it is in the SBD book for phase 1 (the suggested meal plans) and I actually had to set the alarm on my cell phone to go off every 3 hours...just to remember to eat my snacks on time and lunch on time etc...the key is eating every three hours!...you avoid the munchies, cravings and overeating that occurs from skipping those important snacks...I was never hungry on phase 1...ever! | |||||||||||

| What a success story Tiny! And aren't you pretty!! I agree whole heartedly with the 3 hour eating. Sure keeps your blood sugar level and there's no room for cravings (because we're always eating:jester: ). So glad you posted the pics!!!! | ||||||||||
