17th Week - Monday.
Well, I was walking today and realized that I feel smaller. It is easier to lean over, easier to walk. So, that is good. No cravings today. Had the usual yogurt (plain), some hemp hearts, banana, 5 almonds for breakfast; pear and p. butter, snack; veggie soup for lunch; cocoa, splenda, skim milk for snack; basa fish, kale, 1/4 cup wild/brown rice for supper. I'll have my salad later. So, because I'm not bingeing or eating many carbs/sugars; I'm staying at about 1200 calories...
