Well I am not happy to report how I am doing. I wonder how many of the successful SBDers have had slips that cause them to really get off track. I feel like since I have been more focused on eating well I am spending way too much time thinking about eating in general and then I get into this cycle of wanting to eat. This is driving me crazy. Anyone else had that kind of thing happen? I am going to go back to P1 for a couple of days try to get the cravings under control and hope that this helps...
