Staying on Track

Well I am not happy to report how I am doing. I wonder how many of the successful SBDers have had slips that cause them to really get off track. I feel like since I have been more focused on eating well I am spending way too much time thinking about eating in general and then I get into this cycle of wanting to eat. This is driving me crazy. Anyone else had that kind of thing happen? I am going to go back to P1 for a couple of days try to get the cravings under control and hope that this helps...

Staying on Track

Well the weekend is here and it is always tough for me. Much of the entertainment during the weekend is centered around going out to dinner or having people in for a good meal. I have decided that I will make the best possible food choices during these times and if I am in a situation where I cannot get anything that is SB worthy I will really watch my portions and most importantly make sure that my exercise does not get pushed off. Staying on Track

I made it home and am very tired. I did a great job today with my eating in-spite of having to drive most of the day. I had to track down a place to grab a healthy lunch and ended up having to drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way. Anyway went to panera and had a grilled chicken salad dressing on the side. I did not workout today though I was just too tired. I will tomorrow.

Staying on Track

I am traveling this week so staying on track is a bit tougher. Fortunately I do not have any dinners that I must go to so I went to the grocery store and bought healthy food that I could make in my room. I have a fridge and microwave. I also went to the gym in the hotel and did 50 minutes on the elliptical. I was so hot I quit sooner than I normally do (just 10 minutes). I am going home tomorrow but it is a long drive so I will have to make sure that I get a healthy lunch before I leave.

Well last week was a horrible bust. I had a very busy week and had dinners out every night. I tried to keep things together and succeeded on some days and then it fell apart on others. I also celebrated my anniversary this weekend with my DH. We went away for the weekend to a bed and breakfast and I fell completely off plan. I weighed myself this morning and I have gained 2 lbs. YIKES! I am back on track today. I worked out and ate beachy. So I have picked myself up and I am trying not...
