Day 1 (again) - ramblings for me to re-read when needed

Okay, so what I have realized is that I can sometimes be a Brat! A spoiled rotten Brat! But my question to myself is why? The only person I hurt is me.

So, what makes me a brat? Well, it goes back to March. I was going along just fine. Was losing weight and felt fantastic. Not just because I was losing weight (though that helped), but because the food I was eating did not make me feel horrible.

Certain foods make me hurt, real pain. When I am thinking logically...

Day 22 - weigh in

Don't have much time at all today. Both of my girls have been sick all night. However, I wanted to record my weigh in, so I remember the numbers.

I am down to 153 lbs. I lost 2.2 lbs last week. That is a total of 9 lbs.

Haven't had time to log in for a while, but my menus look mostly the same and I am sticking to the plan. I even made whole wheat pizza dough this weekend. I made a cheese pizza with it and fed it to the whole family. I had one slice along...

Day 13

Breakfast:
1 egg "fried" with pam
lf yogurt (with vanilla and splenda)
tomato juice
tea

Snack:
almonds (15)

Lunch:
pork loin left over
salad

Snack:
cheese stick (lf moz)

Dinner:
?? - boy just realized I have planned nothing I can eat for dinner, have to work on this one at lunch (since it will be a late one).

Day 15 - weigh in.

I did not post over the weekend; however, I stayed on course. Regardless of the weight loss, I am definately feeling better, so I am happy about that.

Stepped on the scale and lost .8 lbs. I am down to 155.2 lbs. I am far from thrilled that the loss is not greater, because I really thought the first two weeks grand total would be higher. However, I am thrilled that it is going down and not up. That is a big improvement to a month ago!

Day 12

First I am going to do my menu (so it is easily found for future reference by me).
Breakfast:
scrambled eggs (2 eggs, 1/4 cup ff milk, 1/4 cup lf moz, 1/2 can mushrooms, 1/2 tomatoe cut up)
tomato juice

Snack:
celery with cottage cheese

Lunch:
chicken with salad (homemade oil and vinegar dressing).

Snack:
almonds (15)

Dinner:
Chicken with zuchini
