well, Saturday will be my 3rd weigh in for the challenge...I'm very positive about this week. I bumped up my cardio and have been very good with my diet...no cheating...i am so full of energy it is crazy...seems the more i workout, the more gusto i have...guess that would be my metabolism huh?...anyhow, I lost 6.6 pounds the first week of the challenge, and .4 last week (my T.O.M. came to visit)... I should see great results this week, and if I don't?...well let's just say there is nothing else I can do and I feel great, so what the hell?... I've got nothing to lose...well, except maybe more weight...lol

Your doing well too, and yes, I really do feel like I'm a super motivated person sometimes..lol..I feel superwoman this week! Bumped up my workout and I feel better than when I was taking a day off here and there...got more energy, more motivation and I'm seeing faster results...I'm just trying to tone up my body now...it's not about a number for me anymore, I'm cool where I'm at now, but hey, I'll take anything I can get.Posted 01-24-2009 at 09:28 AM by Tiny T
