| Okay I feel I'm a pretty knowledgeable SB Dieter- having lost 40 lbs last year (and I gained a little over the Holidays) ...So here I go back to phase One- the first time I did it I had ABSOLUTELY NO cool whip as the first 2 ingredients are CORN SYRUP and PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OIL which is what I / We Avoid Like the Plauge!!!! Now I see theres even a SB logo on the Cool whip? I cant see how they can endorse anything with "partially hydrogenated" on it. Wont that totally mess me up if I have it? even 2 tsp? I got thru phase 1 last time without it- but now its like- taunting me- LOL So how it it legal? | ||||||||||

| Yeah, that's a good question about Cool Whip. Many people are surprised by Dr. A allowing that item. But, first of all, we're only allowed 2 Tablespoons per serving. That's really not much. And I tell eople that if they're not comfortable using even that small amount then just don't do it. Skip the Cool Whip altogether. I try not to use it because I know my limitations. I can not be trusted around the Cool Whip! :Bang: It's best for me to forget it except on special occasions because I've been known to totally over indulge. Oh, and, Land O Lakes makes a sugar free whipped cream in a can that doesn't have any hydrogentated oils in it. I'm pretty sure, but I will double check and get back on that. | |||||||||||
