| Hello. I started the SBD right around Labor Day and am down 22 lbs from 241 to 219. What really saved me from my sweet tooth is a mock frosty. I loved having a frosty from Wendy's.....now I can again!. You may have to adjust the amounts to suit your own taste. I use.... 1/2 cup FF milk 1 heaping TBSP unsweetened cocoa 2 TBSP splenda 1/2 cup of L/F cottage cheese or part skim ricotta cheese Blend for about 30 sec add about 2 cups of ice blend thoroughly. I make mine in my Magic Bullet and takes about a minute or so to thoroughly blend it. Play with the amounts of ff milk and/or ice to change the consistency. You can also use no sugar added swiss miss hot chocolate mix instead of the cocoa and splenda....but I like the first version. Less sugar. | ||||||||||
