Default Lime or Lemon Zest Ricotta Creme phase 1

This dessert sounds heavenly and it's so easy to make!

Lime or Lemon Zest Ricotta Creme

Serves 1

1/2 c. part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 t. grated lemon or lime zest
1/4 t. vanilla extract
1 pkg. sugar subsitute

Mix together the ricotta, lemon or lime zest, vanilla extract, and sugar subsitute in a dessert bowl. serve chilled.

Per serving: 178 cal.
14 g protein
7 g carbs
10 g fat
6 g saturated fats
155 mg sodium
38 mg cholesterol
0 g fiber

It sounds good, I like ricotta and use to eat a lot of it. Im going to try this one

I had never tried ricotta until I tried this recipe and I really liked it.

i've tried this recipe as well, but ended up adding about a tsp. lemon extract as well, it really adds to the lemon flavor and makes it even more delish! also, for a creamier texture, you can mix it (on a puree setting) in the blender, and then chill and serve. i hope this helps!
