| This is a recipe for 3 servings, so reduce it if it's just yourself or the leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or small paper cups with popsicle sticks for a cool refreshing dessert. 1 cup sliced fresh peaches 1 cup vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 teaspoon sweetener 1/4 cup club soda Whirl peaches, yogurt, milk powder, and sweetener in a blender until smooth.
