| I haven't done it yet. I was going to try making it when I make another batch of yogurt. You bought a strainer from eBay? I was just going to tie it up in some cheese cloth and hang it over a bowl in the fridge. I never saw a special strainer for it. Is it just a regular looking strainer? Anyway, I'm definately going to give it a try and the syrup with it sounds yummy. So, is it cream cheese like? | |||||||||||

| Oh that will work fine, at first i was putting a coffee filter in a strainer and just setting it over a bowl ,that worked fine too. The only reason i really bought the special strainer was because we were going to visit with mom.I didnt want to ask her for all these weird things to drain my yogurt LOL> The yocheese is sooo creamy and thick. ![]() I got it off Amazon.com. Works great but kinda pricy.

| I've made yocheese with the cheescloth and I liked it as well. I found it pretty cream cheese like, but a little more tart. I forgot about it actually, i will have to make it again! | ||||||||||
