I don't go to many yard sales at all. But, I am thinking that I will start to next summer. I sell items on eBay and I'm thinking that by next summer my supply of items should be gone I'll need to replenish my inventory.

Do you think this is a good idea?

What kind of bargains have you found at yard sales?

I also need to have one myself. Do you have any good ideas to share?

Garage sale word of caution...
Make sure what you buy you really need. You will find so many good deals at garage/yard sales, you will hate to pass anything up. I see something that a friend could use or I think they want...and it's such a good deal...so I buy it...and come to find out, they wanted something a little different or its too small/big or the wrong color, etc...so just use caution or you might get stuck with (in a nutshell) someone else's junk.

LOL My mom was like that. She could not leave a yard sale without buying something. She said it would be rude! Needless to say she had a ton of junk to clear out when she died. I still haven't gotten rid of it all. I must have taken 10 bags of clothes to Goodwill. I should have had a yard sale myself then. Oh well .......

I just didn't have the storage room. Some of the good stuff is at my sister's whenever I get ready to sell it. The woman had about 15 jewelry boxes full of stuff. I'm trying to list it on eBay but it's a lot of work.

I'm not like that. I don't buy junk I don't need. Well, most of the time .....
