| I was all set to start over and then I went to the hospital with chest pains I'm thinking I'm only 40!!!! Well after a stress test and being observed overnight everything is fine the problem was acid reflux | ||||||||||

| glad that you are able to help answer questions. I am really working hard this week to make sure I have everything I need. Next week I will have to go back to work and need to have my snacks and lunches ready to pack. I don't want to be tempted to go out to lunch and get off track. | ||||||||||

| how are things going back at work? walking at lunch is a great idea. I find I eat less and healthier when I exercise regularly. Hopefully you can find a new routine that feels as natural to you as your old routine. Good luck! | |||||||||||

| well I have not had the chance to walk at lunch because of the work we do it is either feast or famine. I work at a detention center for male youth 13-17. I am a school secretary. (which means as the yrs spread on so does the hiney...lol) Anyway I have to go up 2 flights of stairs several times a day( I have increased these trips as much as possible for exercise) of course I get funny looks but it is exercise. I also swim as much as possible with the kids after work. at night I do some ab work. Food choices I keep an eye on and portion control for me is key. The water I drink I keep track of because I am not really good at making sure I drink enough. Just seeing how much has come off so far is such a good feeling. I am excited to see the weight off. Another thing I do is us fitday.com to keep track of the stuff I eat and the things I do. I also blog here so if anyone can help or see if I'm not doing things in healthy way they can:Catfight: get me back on track. Kinda sorry you asked the question....lol? | ||||||||||
