I just filled up my car. $3.06 a gallon for the cheap stuff. How is a person who is retired, (like me) able to get pay for any trips in her new (to me) RV when gas costs:wink2:

wow i can't even imagine having to fill an rv..i have a hard enough time filling my little jeep LOL. We're around $1 a litre i think that's just under $3 a gallon?


My car insurance also went up this month too...$20 a month more. Now I'm at $2350 a year for one car..my husband pays another $1400 on top of that. :Sarcastic:

I think here it's $2.74 a gallon. I know in some parts of Tulsa, OK its a lot cheaper. Like $2.49 a gallon.

I filled up today for $2.59 per gallon.

Obviously some people don't seem to mind paying for gas because they don't seem to be conserving at all. I'm not talking about retired people like Dessertthorn. RV people are just a small drop in the bucket. I'm talking about the people who keep buying big gas guzzling SUV's and gynormus trucks. I see tons of them on the roads anymore. And then they want to fire up those monsters to drive down the block to the store or somewhere else that they could just as easily walk to.

Were at $3.03 for mid-grade and the cheap stuff is $2.98 in Florida.

Regular is in the $2.74 range here, down about 10 cents from 2 weeks ago!

There was a couple on GMA the other morinng who had a luxury RV, they said it costs them $600 to fill it up!

I'd get a scooter if I didn't have to drive on such dangerous roads to get to work! Man I bet I wouldn't make it here alive the first day--some idiot would run over me on the way!

Gas is $2.95 here in Indiana and some places it's $2.99. It's rediculous. I can't imagine how much it is in California. We were in Hawaii in February and gas was $3.66 there.
