| Welcome! We don't have very many vegetarians here. I'm very interested in the vegetarian WOE though. I've cut way down on my meat consumption since coming to the Beach, but haven't made the change totally yet. I'll probably never give up eggs, milk and cheese. But I think about eating less meat, not because of health reasons, but on moral grounds instead. What brought you to the vegetarian lifestyle? | |||||||||||

| I cannot imagine giving up dairy and eggs either! I was a veggie in college, as a way to rebel against my mom. I was an off and on veggie for a few years and then went veggie again about 11 years ago when I had a kidney transplant. Also, I am turning into a real sucker when it comes to animals, the big soulful eyes of cows, cute duckings, and well, I could never eat a lobster, there is something about their faces! Goofy I know, but that's just how it is! | ||||||||||

I'm not a vegetarian but toy with it often! And I do like to go meatless 3 or 4 days a week. Sometimes meat feels too heavy to digest. Know what you mean about those soulful eyes. No foods with faces!!!:sun: I saw a cute bumper sticker when I was on vacation in California recently, it said: I VEG TO DIFFER Cute! | ||||||||||
