Chipotle-Lime Dip with Scallions (P2) Chipotle-Lime Dip with Scallions (P2) 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
3 scallions, sliced thin
2 medium garlic cloves, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
3 small chipolte chilies in adobo, minced to paste (1 TB) plus ½ teaspoon adobo sauce
1 teaspoon grated lime zest, plus 1 TB lime juice
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until flavors are blended.
Serve with crudités. (Vegetables of your choice) |
