| Green Goddess Dip (P2) ¾ cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup low-fat sour cream 2 medium garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley leaves 1/4 cup minced fresh chives 2 TB minced fresh tarragon leaves 1 TB juice from 1 lemon 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper Combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least one hour, to allow flavors to blend. Serve cold with crudités. (Raw vegetables of your choice) | |||||||||||
