| Dill Dip (P1) 1 (12 oz) carton low-fat cottage cheese 2 ½ teaspoons dill 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 TB lemon juice Combine all in blender, and blend at low speed. Refrigerate to allow flavors to meld. Sprinkle with additional dill and serve with fresh vegetables. | |||||||||||
