| Has anyone made the Peanut Dip recipe from the SB cookbook? I just did and it is very dry and stiff. I even added a little more yogurt and then a spoonful of olive oil. Still dry. I will play with it some more, probably by adding more and more yogurt till it seems right. Right now it is nothing more than really grainy peanut butter. I usually keep hummus on hand but was looking for a little change. Hubby likes veggies and something to dip them in as soon as he is in the door. | ||||||||||
