| Ok I found a new yogurt by dannon its called light and fit Carb and Sugar control. the label says part skim milk 85% fat free and its sweetened with splenda there are only 2 g of natural sugar in it from the fruit thats in it. and 3g carbs. But its got 60 calories a serving. Does this sound like somthing I should be suspisous of or does it sound ok? | ||||||||||

| I'm so sorry, Frost! Somehow I missed this post until now! Here's what the web site says about that brand of yogurt. They say that based on their guidelines, Dannon's Carb Control yogurt is not the best choice. However, other varieties of their yogurt, including other Light 'n Fit varieties, meet their Phase 2 guidelines. And they say that you can also use plain yogurt in Phase 2 and add your own fresh or frozen fruit to it which makes a refreshing snack. Milk has a natural occurring sugar called lactose which can be part of a healthy eating plan. 'Low carb' dairy products remove this sugar. The best yogurt choice on SBD is a nonfat or low fat variety. Again, I'm really sorry to be so late in answering this question. | |||||||||||

| thats ok luv I knew you'd have the infor eventually. I was just looking for a yogurt that had low sugars. But I hate the plain yogurt even with fruit in it it just seems to sour to me. maybe I should try some of the lights then. but thanks anyways! | ||||||||||
