| Lemon Thyme Chicken (P1) 4 skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh thyme 1/2 cup finely chopped lemon zest Juice of one lemon Salt and pepper Directions: Preheat the grill. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fresh thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Rub the chicken breasts with the lemon and thyme rub. Place the chicken on the grill and grill for 10 to 15 minutes on each side | ||||||||||
