| Chicken Creole w/ Chili Cream Sauce (P2) 4 boneless chicken breast halves 2 t. Creole or Cajun seasoning 1 T. Extra-virgin olive oil 1 can low-sodium fat-free cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. water 1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies 1 t. Lime juice 1/4c. Fat-free or low-fat sour cream Instructions: Season chicken with Creole seasoning. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, water, chilies, and lime juice. Cook over low heat 5 mins. or until done. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serves:4 | ||||||||||
