| Sautéed Mussels with Basil and White Wine (P1) 2 Dozen Mussels 1 tsp Canola Oil 1 tsp chopped Garlic Juice of 2 Lemons 1 oz White Wine 2 Tbsp Smart Balance Spread 1 Tbsp chopped Basil Pinch of Sea Salt Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the oil. Add the mussels and then quickly cover the pan. Let the mussels cook for a minute shaking them gently. Lift the cover and add the garlic, lemon juice, Smart Balance spread and white wine. Cover again and cook for 1 minute. Add the basil, and salt to taste. | ||||||||||
