Smile Tangy Oven-Fried Curried Chicken * phase one

I found this recipe tonight. Now who wants to test it out and report back with the results? It makes quite a lot, so I'd probably adjust the recipe to accomodate. It oringinally called for a whole chicken, but I tweaked it to be more SBD friendly.

Tangy Oven-Fried Curried Chicken

4-5 pounds of skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup boiling water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/entrees-main-dishes/667-tangy-oven-fried-curried-chicken-phase-one.html
1 Tablespoon water
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
2 to 3 dashes hot cayenne pepper

Salt chicken and place in a shallow baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients and brush both sides of chicken with mixture reserving remaining sauce to marinade chicken while it is baking. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, turning and basting often. Immediately before serving, turn oven up to 400 degrees for 10 minutes to crisp chicken.

Oh Deb! You're the greatest! :Hug2:

I've never cooked with curry but I want to try it. Let me know if it's any good.
