I am a runner of sorts I enjoy it I love it so I thought a thread would be in Order to Track Progress. Please feel free if you are a runner or a walker or a weight Lifter doen't matter.

Okay, I'm in! :joy:

I need to get my rear in gear and do something. It's time for me to put up or shut up!

Yup, a new one every week sounds Great!!!!

Hey all I had a Good Upper Body workout. Workout went as Follows WOOHOO!!!

Seated Cable Rows 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x90lbs changeover Late Pulls 12x50lbs
Hammer curls, 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeover Cable Curls 12x50lbs
Upright Rows 12x60lbs,10x70lbs,8x80lbs,6x90lbs,12x70lbs changeover Shoulder Round Press 12x10lbs
Bench Press 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs, changeover upright machine Flies 12x50lbs
Tricep Dips 12xBW,10xbw,8xbw,6xbw,12xbw, changeover tricep press 12x50lbs

I am gunna be soooo sore HE HE

Your pics look great! I'd almost kill for your abs. What kind of exercises do you do for them?

I forgot to check in yesterday. I sooo much wanted to take the dog for a long walk but we got snow here and it was cold. Brrr....

I ended up doing a Walk Away The Pounds dvd. I did the 1 mile walk.

Hey any exercise is good exercise.

My abs what do I do for them well I run which take a lot of muscles to hold it in HE HE. Oh and of course lift weights when you lift you naturally tighten the abs for Muscle Contraction and I do DECLINE weighted Full sit UPS. I am nuts. I susally do around 90 of the Buggers and I am totally done. LOL

I think a lot of it has to do with genetics, I really like my abs and thanks a lot for the Great Compliment you made my day

Hey all it's running day I got a Bowen treatment so I ahve to wait 2 hours before I run BUMMER it'll be all right though I wanna do 5 miles today.

Oh I am sore from Yesterday too lol

I just ran 5 miles it was very hard I ahve not done that in a while. My asthma is gunna be the death of me it's gotten soo bad in the last 2 weeks I am gunna get some OTC allergy meds and see if that helps I sure hope it does.

I did Lower Body went GREAT.

Leg extensions 12x70lbs,10x80lbs,8x90lbs,6x100lbs,12x80lbs, changeover wide legged Cable Squat 12x80lbs
Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x90lbs,10x100lbs,8x110lbs,6x120lbs,12x110lbs changeover one legged ham curls 12x40lbs
Stnding Calf Raises 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x100lbs, changeover seated Calf raises 12x100lbs
ABS Decline sit ups 5 sets 12 reps 15 lbs 1 set 12 reps no weight

WOW Great leg day I am Happy

I hope you get better, Sarah! You still did fantastic!

I finally got to go outside for a walk. First I walked 2 miles at the park and then I went to get my bf, Tom's, dog and I walked her for almost another 2 miles.

Here's the info from my pedometer ........

3.76 miles
8516 steps
8293 aerobic steps
419 calories
I might be sore tomorrow but it felt good today! arty:

That's awesome you did Gret Way to go. My legs are freaken sore OUCH very stiff but, I love it.
