| Hello welcome aboard. I workout first thing in the morning when my schedule is crazy like that. I have to be at work at 8a.m. so I make myself get up at 5 and do my workout even if I wake up at 5:30 or 6 I still have time to at least get cardio in this works out good so that I only have to do weights in the evening. It makes you more energized all day too!! Give it a try. It is a bear gettint up that early at first but after a couple weeks you get used to it. | ||||||||||

| I agree, brownie. I never thought I would be a person who could get up at 5 or 6 to go work out, but it really gives you so much more energy for the rest of the day. Especially when you're so busy, it's nice to get it over with early, and to have that alone time at the beginning of the day. Good luck! | |||||||||||

| Not exercising is a vicious circle because the more sedentary you are then the more tired you become. Of course, the more tired you are then the less appealing exercise sounds. I think that sometimes you just have to push yourself to do things until they become a habit and it gets easier. Regular physical activity increases your energy level. Plus, exercisers tend to fall asleep faster and sleep better, which allows you to truly feel rested every day. Remind yourself of all the many benefits of working out: lower body fat, decreased risk of many diseases, reduced instances of depression, improved bone density, reduced risk of injuries and many more. Like the Nike commercials say ........ Just DO IT! | |||||||||||

| YUP you just have to make the commitmet for you to get it done. It may be really hard for the first while but get up and Walk for 20 minutes it doesn't have to be much to start put your time low in the beginning and increase it as you get used to your new routine. You body will thank you for it. Even if you are at work if you get a 1 hour lunch go for a 20 minute walk I used to do this all the time it really helps and you feel refreshed from the stress of the day. Maybe you could even start a walking trend at your work where you can ahve a partner or partners to go with. Sarah
