Default Exercise Room For AUGUST!!!!!!

I mowed my lawn and did Push ups between 2 stumps to I really had to dip down yesterday.

I just finished Lifting and Holly crap I am sore OHHHH YA!! I did some personal bests and was able to up most everything WOOHOO!!!!

Last day of July: 15 minutes learning a new continuous-movement yoga, butt clenches while pumping gas.

Tuesday: 35 min low-intensity cardio, 4 min arm wts/squats & lunges, 4 min glute & thigh wts.

Great Job Nancy WOOHOO

Hey guys I got my Legs done it was Wonderful. I put on a pair of pants I wore 2 days ago given I haven't washed them but, they are looser in the legs and I love it I just bout them on sale WOHOOO and for 11 bucks I can shrink outta then LOL.

So this is what I did today.

Closed legged Squats

I'm being a total lazy slug this week. This was our last HOT day and the rest of the week is suppose to be nice with less humidity! :Clap: I'll be going for a long walk tomorrow, if it doesn't rain. If it does, I'll pop in a tape and do something in my livingroom.

You know, that's a good question. At first, noone was behind me. Then I guess I'd gotten so much into the butt clenches that I didn't realize a car had pulled up behind me, waiting to pull up to my pump! The guy was kind of staring at me funny. Sometimes I guess I'm naive about how much people are looking at other people's bodies.

Not only that, but my Pilates DVD instructor says part of the core is the pelvic floor muscles. So when I pull in the ab muscles I should also engage the pelvic muscles (like Kegal exercises). I'm trying to remember to practice that more, while I'm driving or doing other things.

Wow-I might get arrested! :jester: I'll tell them I'm on SBD & I'm integrating fitness into all my daily life. I'm trying to be time-efficient. Maybe you guys could be my witnesses. (If you'll admit you know me, that is!)

Phewww! Thanks Luv. Well, even if I did end up in jail, I would have a tighter butt! And while in jail I could do butt clenches the whole time. Not much else to do! (Of course, I would turn my back toward the cell wall, so noone could tell!)

When I go to see the judge, she might be doing them under her robes. So she might understand!

Yay!!! Move that bootay, Luv!!

Saturday: 30 min low-intensity cardio, 30 min yoga, 30 min Pilates.

Boy, was I sluggish, after loosing some days of exercise! But I kept doing at least something, knowing I'll gradually build back my strength & endurance again if I stick with it!
