| Great thread! I finally pulled my pedometer off the shelf today.I wish i had started earlier in the morning but anyway..... between 3pm and 7pm I did: 5175 total steps 3321 aerobic 29 minutes 2.28 miles 165 calories My cat decided he would use my balance ball as a scratching post:OMG:that didnt work out so well.... add new balance ball to shopping list LOL. Noon today-2698 just from house work and changing sprinklers outside 86 calories 1.19 miles Non aerobic yet tho. Ok total for today,could have been better but i got a bad bad pms headache ackkkk 5299 total steps 737 aerobic only:hide: 149 calories 2.34 miles

| Where have I been? Well, I've been really busy & stressed because of my dad's illness. But I have been exercising! It has helped so much! I'm still doing cardio, some strength training, yoga, and Pilates. The most I missed was 4 days. (Too much.) Hope you're all exercising too!
