Great thread!
I finally pulled my pedometer off the shelf today.I wish i had started earlier in the morning but anyway..... between 3pm and 7pm I did:
5175 total steps
3321 aerobic 29 minutes
2.28 miles
165 calories
My cat decided he would use my balance ball as a scratching post:OMG:that didnt work out so well.... add new balance ball to shopping list LOL.


Noon today-2698 just from house work and changing sprinklers outside
86 calories
1.19 miles
Non aerobic yet tho.

Ok total for today,could have been better but i got a bad bad pms headache ackkkk
5299 total steps
737 aerobic only:hide:
149 calories
2.34 miles

For me:
Thursday: 35 min cardio, 7 min glute & thigh wts, 5 min abs

Using my new heart rate monitor makes it more interesting & motivating for me!!:Jump Rope: I'm really glad I've started using it!!

Friday: 30 min yoga

Saturday: 30 min cardio (with Leslie Sansome's Walk Away the Pounds), 4 min glutes wts, 4 min thigh wts, 4 min abs, 10 min Pilates, 20 min yoga

Sunday: 35 min cardio, 8 min thigh & glute wts, 10 min abs, 15 min yoga, 15 min Pilates.

Thursday: 35 min cardio, 4 min glute wts, 4 min thigh wts, 20 min Pilates, abs

Where have I been?

Well, I've been really busy & stressed because of my dad's illness. But I have been exercising! It has helped so much!

I'm still doing cardio, some strength training, yoga, and Pilates. The most I missed was 4 days. (Too much.)

Hope you're all exercising too! It's a necessary part of all this!!:Jump Rope:
