| I just started SB on tuesday. Here is my exercise routine for 09/03/08: Treadmill: 30 mins of interval walking/jogging Strength training with 3 lb. weights for 15 mins. Worked up a great sweat 09/04/08 Treadmill: 20 mins of interval walking/jogging SB supercharged workout dvd- 20 mins SW:275/CW:273/GW:180 | ||||||||||

| okay... yesterday, warm up on bike(10 min.) weight circuit (40 min), cool down & stretching (10 min)... Tonight is belly dance class, but I might get in on the power toning class right after work if I can make it there in time...what a better way to spend my Friday night than workout out for 2 1/2 hours?....(hehe....that's what I'm telling myself.) | |||||||||||
