| I'm all alone in here! I forgot my pedometer this morning, but I think I probably did a 2 mile walk/run. Not much running as I had a slight headache. I also had my hamstring tighten up on me yesterday and I don't want to cause an injury so I took it easy. I need to warm up and stretch more before trying to run. | |||||||||||

| Oh I didn't even see this..okay so I'll catch up...... Monday 4th-walked 1 hour.....(I'm thinking like 2.5m?) Tues.....5th-walked 1 hour... Wed......5th-nothing yet, but will walk 30min

| Welcome Angie! Welcome back, Nancy! I've walked everyday. Did 3.5 miles yesterday, but felt tired. I'm taking a rest day today. Have to take mom for another CAT scan tomorrow at the hospital. Hopefull it won't take very long. I'll try to get a walk in anyway. I've also done 20 sit ups and 20 girly push ups and 50 butt/leg lifts (?). Don't know for sure what they're called, but they're for the lower stomach muscles. You lay in the floor with your legs up and try to raise your fanny off the floor. Killer! | |||||||||||

| Ended up not taking a rest day after all. I called off work because of taking mom to the hospital today and went for a walk in the hood at 8 p.m. last night. Man, that DOG ran my booty off. She was a ball of energy. So we got in 2.39 miles and it was all either running or very fast walking! Walking in the hood wasn't too bad. There was one place where two dogs came up to us and I threw a big stick at them. They ran off without any farther problems and were gone from the area on our way back home. I'm getting to where I really hate this city. Anyway, I also did the push ups, sit ups and booty lifts on the floor. I have to pick up my sister and then we'll get our walk in for today. :joy: | |||||||||||
