Default Workout Regimens

I don't really have issue with working out, my thing has always been consistency. I go to the gym (not at all recently tho LOL), I take belly dancing classes, and I think I may find something else to try out next.

I had surgery this past Fri, so I can't work out until I am cleared by my Dr next week and I am feeling like QUITE the slob/slacker since I'm following the SBD plan but I can't exercise yet. I think I may try to do some light walking later this evening (I just know I can't do anything too strenuous)

So.... I'm just curious about the SBDDD community -- what types of regimens are everyone else on?

I joined a new gym in town with my stimulas check!!...certainly stimulated myself...lol...I go workout 5-6 days a week now and I love it! I'm currently taking belly dance classes, step aerobics, power toning & zumba...on the other days, I do about 15 minutes of cardio, work the weight machines & cool down for about 5...the classes keep it interesting for me, and it's tons funner than working out in my living room alone...I have fun with them.

I had out-patient surgery on my underarm about 2 months ago. I have the 'walk away the pounds' video by Leslie Sandsone...walk a 1 mile, 2 miles or 3 miles in your living room!...you can do 3 miles in 45 minutes or just 1 mile in about 15 minutes...it's great and very low resistance...you can make it as much of a workout as you want to...work at your own pace...even my grandmother does these tapes...lol...and your doctor can't say walking is too much of a workout...unless your having like knee surgery or something like that of course...lol

I'm a yogi! Not just the stretching, relaxing kind, but a full bore aerobic/strength version done in a heated studio. Kicks my butt and leaves me in a puddle of sweat every time, but oooohhhh so good for me in so many ways beyond the physical challenges and benefits.

Default walking

I have two different Leslie Sansone DVD's I love it because 45 minutes I have 3 miles done and if I feel like more I have 2 different 5 miles to pick from. I really use them they are the staples of my workouts. Although, I do like Denise Austin's burning female fat zones.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions! There are even a couple different types of the "hot and sweaty" kind!
