| well I dusted off my leslie sansone dvd and did the 3 mile walk with hand weights and I feel great. I am shooting for doing this 4 - 5 days a week. The dvd I have gives me some variety. The dvd has 2 Five mile walks and 3 Three mile walks so i can kinda mix it up ![]() | ||||||||||

| off to a great start....same as me...I started with those videos too....next thing you know, you'll be doing something super crazy....like an aerobics or TaeBo video....lol | |||||||||||

| went a little crazy today I did a two mile power walk then spent over an hour weeding a flower bed(which I hope counts as exercise). I feel great now that I can put the eating and exercise together. | ||||||||||
