| Hey everyone I am waisted sooo tired I am doing lower body today though it'll be good I am sure but, for nopw I am a bump on a log. Sarah

| I exercised yes I did 52 minutes went By really fast I did Legs and did it to Pretty awesome Tunes so I did One exercise Per song and did 5 different ones for 2 sets of each I think I did around 100 or more of each one not too sure maybe more LOL. So I did Squats, Lunges(OUCH),,Standing Calf Raises, Chair Step Ups (MAJOR NASTIENESS) and FULL sit ups and crunches My abd hurt I am shakey all over, but being that I am a total Crab Cause of PMS I am very MOODY and darn right Snappy today cause I didn't get a nap and 2 Hours SUcks LOL. OK crabbibng is over I am done got er Done YAY Me. Sarah

| Listening to some good music definately helps. I usually take my cd player with me when I walk in the daytime. But, at night I want to be able to hear everything. Queenie and I went for a walk tonight. 3207 steps 2972 aerobic steps (28 min.) 159 calories 1.41 miles | |||||||||||

| I walked at the park today. 6999 steps 6903 aerobic steps (61 min.) 342 calories 3.09 miles It felt pretty darn good today! :Clap: | |||||||||||

| I'm back to add more exercise. lol I rode my stationary bike for 7 miles at 10 mph. I've still got a long way to go to get the silver, but I'll get there! :Clap: Quote:

| WOOHOO way to go that's awesome. I am sooo sore from yesterday sitting is soo nastie EEK. Today I did interval training it was wicked 30 minutes of heart Pumping madness I was Baked when I was done. I went from 4MPH to 6.5 for 30 minutes then right after I was done I went outside and I shovelled 11 inches of snow off of my sidewalk I am not too sure how long it took but, it was too long and My body Hurts LOL. I got a better workout doing that then Upper Body weight training which I ahve to do Tomorrow OH NO. ROFL. Sarah

| So I shoveled My entire Drivway which took 1.5 hours for Upper Body I just wanna say I am Baked my body hates me so I am not doing upper Body I am just gunna VEG. Sarah

| You guys are awesome!!! Queenie is a beauty, Luv2!! So far this week, I did an upper body(with weights) walking tape for 50 minutes on Monday, and Tuesday was my spin class (killer). Wednesday I did a 45 minute power walk (a lighter workout after two hard ones in a row) around my neighborhood, but it goes downhill from there for me because, tonight, tomorrow and Saturday I will not have time to exercise. I don't like to take 3 days off in a row!! Boo Hoo!! ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/exercise/204-exercise-room-week-febuary-27th.html Tonight is a class and I don't get home until 10:30, Friday we have plans after work, leaving directly from work and on Saturday, I am leaving the house at 6:30 am to drive over to Naples for a Swamp hike and buggy ride (not considered aerobic). That will take all day, when I get home I know I will be wiped out from the day:Sleepy: and won't exercise, so SUNDAY has got to be a killer work out day for me!!! | ||||||||||
