I did a 45 minute step box video today since it was raining outside. I used two risers this time. Last time I used two but had to switch to one half way through the video. So, I just I'm improving!

Default Well here it is!

Well I did start excerising again today. I started at about 30 mins on my gazelle and my job took care of the rest I must have lifted about 50 25 pnd boxes over my head today at work and onto a wall. Hopefully its a good start though, both made me sweat and my legs are killing me from the gazelle and my arms are killing me from the lifting. I only hope I continue to do so well the end of this week when phase 2 starts. Tomarrow I'll have to do another 30 mins on gazelle and hopefully some wieght lifting.

What did you do with the old one? I'm never getting rid of mine, even if it is not the "hot" thing to do right now. It's still a good work out.

I've even still got a mini trampoline, which I think they might come back in style. And I have the sliding thing where you wear these slick booties to use the board with so you can slide better. Heck, I just bought a new pair of slippery booties for it! LOL :joy:
