| Morning Everyone First Day of Spring WOOHOOO, this is sooo great now hope we get some nice weather so we can all get outside well at least I can there is a foot or more of snow everywhere HE HE. Today is leg day I will report back later EEEK!! Sarah

| I just finished Lower Body BRUTAL 1 hour 10 minutes of torture LOL Workout went like this. Leg extension Drop set 6x120lbs,6x110lbs,6x100lbs,6x90lbs (no rest between sets) Hamstring Curls Dropsets 12x40lbs,12x35lbs,12x30lbs,15x20lbs (no rest between sets) Standing Calf Raises Drop set 10x140lbs,10x130lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs (no rest between sets) Ball Squats 10x50lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs( 1 minute rest between sets) Stiff legged Deadlifts 10x140lbs,10x140lbs,10x140lbs,10x140lbs (1 minute rest Between sets) Standing Stair calf Raises 12xBW,12xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets) Chair Squats 12x110lbs,12x130lbs, 10x140lbs,10x140lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Ball Hamstring Curls 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets) This was a great workout I was really sweating and also Burning, I am not too sore now But, I am sure I will be later. I sure wish I couold go to the gym for my legs I need some new exercises and I can't get the weight high enough either I have to grip with my hands and they can only take so much weight. Sarah

| Hey Just finished 4 miles in 45 minutes it was a brutal run I was going from 5.5 to 7.5 MPH in intervals. It makes the run go soo much faster this way YAY me. Now all I have to do is get my sorry but to the basement and do my Chest and Triceps I am gunna have a little break first though. Sarah _________________

| OH WOW I am a Jello Girl Oh man Soreness I went down and did it YAY ME!! What a lot of exercising today but, I got it alll done and it makes me feel good to know that I accomplished it even know today I didn't want to at all. This is how the workout went. Tricep Extensions Dropset 12x80lbs,10x70lbs,10x60lbs,7x50lbs ( No rest between sets) Seated Cable Press Dropset 8x80lbs,7x70lbs,7x60lbs,6x50lbs (no rest between sets) Over Head Tricep Cable extentions 7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs ( 1 minute rest Between sets) Cable Bar Pullovers 8x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x60lbs,7x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Seated Dumbell Ext. 10x25lbs,10x25lbs,8x25lbs,9x25lbs( 1 minute rest between sets) Seated Chest Flies 10x60lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Yup I got major Jello arms and it's all good I have a feeling I am gunna be sore tomorrow But, it's cool I like being sore HE HE Sarah

| Sarah, you're an inspiration. You sure keep up alot of exercise! Your abs are amazing. I'd like to join in. I like to give myself credit for any exercise I do, & most people, understandably, aren't that excited when I tell them I exercised for an hour or two. Monday: 35 minutes cardio (stationary bike & stairmaster) 30 minutes leg lifts with 2.5 lb ankle weights (for thighs & butt) 5 minutes arms with 2 lb dumbbell 10 minutes crunches Today: 30 minutes cardio (Billy Blanks Tae Boe DVD, stationary bike, stairmaster) 24 minutes leg lifts 10 minutes crunches Nancy | ||||||||||

| WOOHOOO that's aweosme Nancy Any exercise is good exercise I do it a lot cause if I don't I WILL NOT LOSE so I keep it up and go strong so that I can keep on the downward trend. Sarah

| I have to tell you I am sooo increadibly impressed with myself today I an having the Most awesome day I did somehting I never dreamed I would do I ran a 10 k in under 60 minutes 57 minutes and 20 seconds to be exact can you freaken belive it. I was a humping along let me tell you I was dripping buckets my heart was running and my legs well we'll just say when I was done I was stiff. I finished out my run slower and managed to run 9 miles in 90 minutes WOOHOOO for me I ROCK it today.

| Wow, what a milestone! And you had never dreamed you would do it! It must have felt great as you kept breaking through the barriers to make it! All your consistent workouts are paying off in big ways. You deserve to be really proud of yourself. Today I had a busy day, then kept putting it off, but I did finally exercise. Anything is better than nothing. This morning, my ab obliques were actually sore from the day before. I think I'm finally waking up ab muscles that have been resting for a long, long time! | It felt extremely good and I am accoplishing stuff now I never thought I would it's astounding to think WOW I did that. I love the way it makes me feel when I reach a goal it's amazing. You are doing great way to do it when you didn't want to that's totally awesome and makes ya feel that musch more of an accomplishment YOU ROCK. | I had a recovery run today not long or far but,it was somewhat nastie cause of yesterday. I really worked out my legs and YUP I can feel it today I am very sore but, I got on the good ol Tready and did it any how. 45 minutes went under 4 miles it was nice and slow I didn't wanna go fast I need to recover today. My knees are a bit sore not painful but, more stiff as I got into my run they were good but the first 10 was brutal LOL. WHat we don't do to our bodies hey ROFL. ro I was on the treadmill in total 1 hour which is GREAAAAT!!! I also did weights today this is How that went. Hammer curl Dropset 12x25lbs,10x20lbs,10x15lbs,10x10lbs (no rest between sets) T Bar Pulls Dropset 10x60lbs,10x55lbs,10x10lbs,8x45lbs (no rest between sets) Incline Dumbell curls 6x25lbs, 8x15lbs,8x15lbs,10x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Ball Hyperextensions 14x10lbs,12x15lbs,12x15lbs,9x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Spider cable curls 7x70lbs,7x70lbs,6x70lbs,6x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Reverse Grip Front Pulls 7x60lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs,10x50lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) I can definately feel it my Biceps are Shaking my back not soo much I did some new exercises today I love changing it up the T bars made me sweat sooo Bad and I was shaking all over while doing them YAY!!!
