| K just finished Working out took 1 hour 10 minutes OUCHEY my legs are shaking. OUCHEY WOWOW!! This is how it went today. Lunges Drop Set 12x25lbs,6x20lbs,6x15lbs,8x10lbs (No rest between sets) 1 legged ham curls Dropset 10x50lbs,10x40lbs,10x30lbs,10x20lbs (no rest between sets 1 leg at a time) Standing Calf raises Dropset 10x130lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs,10x100lbs( no rest between sets) 1 legged Cable Pulls 10x40lbs,10x40lbs,10x40lbs,8x40lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets alteranting legs) Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x130lbs,10x130lbs,10x130lbs,8x130lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Seated Calf Raises 10x100lbs,10x100lbs,10x100lbs,10x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Side Lunges 6x20lbs,6x20lbs,7x20lbs,8x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets) Ham Curls 7x40lbs,7x40lbs,7x40lbs,7x40lbs (1 minute rest between sets) standing calf raises Stair 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW ( 1 minute rest between sets) I really feel like I got a great workout today my legs are shakey of course I will know later how my body reacts to today. | Way to go, Sarah! Your legs must really be getting firmer! As for me, I missed out today. I'd known it would be best to exercise as soon as I got home...But I got busy with other things. | Yay!! I did some cardio. It took alot of doing to get started. It wasn't very intense at all. But I know it was important for me to do it. | ||||||||||

| You did Great NANCY way to go. I did My workout got to go heavier then usual Cause I had a spotter today WOOHOO. This is How the workout went. Tricep Dips Dropset 10xBW,10xBW,8xBW,8xBW (no rest between sets) Seated Machine Flies Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,7x60lbs,6x50lbs (no rest between sets) Tricep Kick Backs 8x25lbs,8x25lbs,8x25lbs,8x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Barbell Bench Press 8x60lbs,7x60lbs,6x60lbs,5x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Tricep cable Pulls 12x80lbs,10x80lbs,10x80lbs,10x80lbs (1 minute rest between sets) Decine Bench Push Ups 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets. I ran 5.5 Kms in 30 minutes right after I did that so I was running pretty fast that works out to about 6.8 MPH which totally rock I was cruisin and the entire run was a breeze. I could ahve ran and ran today WOOHOO. I love days like today. Sarah

| WooHoo! Go Sarah!! It must have felt fabulous to be "in the zone" like that. What a high!!! Gives me another motivation to keep exercising! I went back & did crunches for my abs and lifts for my butt & thighs. | ||||||||||

| Yay for me. Not much time, but I did 30 minutes of cardio and about 5 minutes of resistance for my thigh and butt muscles. | ||||||||||

| Way to go Nancy keep it up it feels sooo great to Love to Exercise. Today I did my run inside now you have to realize I DID NOT WANT TO DO IT!!!! I was trying to make excuse after excuse on how I deserved a rest being sooo sore, but there is no excuse good enough to keep me from doing it so I did it. I ran Approximately 7 miles not sure how long I went it was over 1 hour and I sweated up a storm. I feel soo increadible proud today for doing it when I didn't want to at all I was feeling lazy tired sore and NOPE DIDN"T want to but, I did it I did it I did it WOOHOOO!!! Sarah

| Good job, Sarah! I think every time we do something we don't want to do it builds our character a little bit more (if it's something good for us). You must not have the problem of not wanting to very often! I don't think there's any way I could think of you as lazy. In fact, sometimes I'm concerned that you push yourself too much. Are you ever concerned about that? Do you cut down when you or your body need to? | ||||||||||
