Default We all know exercise will enhance your weight loss

Take 10 minutes, 20 is better, but start with 10. If your not sticking with your diet, if your having trouble with staying on plan, at least give yourself 10 minutes a day of just walking.
Don't have the time: Take 10 during your lunch hour and walk around the block, or the parking lot, or to a nearby strip mall. It will make a better employee/boss/worker studies have shown.
or
Get up a little early and try the Walk Away the Pounds tape. The 1 mile tape takes about a half hour, and you can go at your own speed
or
Go to the mall if the weather is bad and just walk around being careful not to get distracted. If you do see a store you have to visit, walk back when your through...LOL, get that extra kick
or
Check online to see if your State has trails. I often check out those for handicapped and children as I know they will be at my level. Rails to Trails are generally nicely level for the new walker.

If you life near the ocean, sand walking is a great exercise. OMG, you won't believe how much exercise you'll get.

Those are all really good ideas, Lynne.

I just had one thought, and that is to always try to take the stairs instead of elevators or escalators.

I have the WATP dvd's and I really like them for days when I can't get outside to walk. Our mall even opens it's doors early so that people can come in and walk around. Some people have even formed a club of "mall walkers" and they get together for fun and support. It's always nice when you can find a buddy or two to exercise with.

We also have severals Rails to Trails that are for walkers, hikers, cyclists and rollerbladers. I think one of the keys is finding something that you like to do. I thought I would like biking and there were some days when I didn't want to go out there, but I did it, and I'm glad I did.

Not only is exercise Very Good for you it actually Boosts your Mood and there are also studies that it can alleviate Depression isn't that Just wonderful. Exercise is an amazing tool to deal with Stess as you exercise you Body releases endorphines which actually make you feel happy thus the exercise High which I totally Love by the way HE HE,

I am an avid exerciser I love it I can do it and that's what makes it great I love to see the changes in my Body and love to see how my body responds. I am a pusher I like to Push it and see how far I can take myself Nothing Better.

I'll show some pics of what Exercise can do for you GREAT MODIVATION.
