No, Funkymonkey,

I've never tried it or heard of it. What's it like? What do you like about it? I always like to hear about different ways to get exercise.

Its a pretty good workout program that includes strenght training and cardio. Its split between a scupt program and sweat program. In the first set of DVD's you have 2 seperate levels. 1/2 and 3/4. You start from 1/2 for both exercises and you move on the 3/4 when you feel ready to move on.

One of the reasons why I like is becuase

1. You get to do it at home.
2. The workouts are not long. Sweat is 45 min including all the stretching and ab workout. The Sculpt is 30 min including the streching.

The diet that they follow is very similart to being LC or doing SB. Below is the website. I bought mine on ebay to save some money. Its a lot of fun and the exercise's they do are really challenging...

I've got the Slim in 6 series by Beachbody. I guess it's easier than Power 90, which is probably more this old lady's speed anyway.

I bought mine off of eBay, also. Just in case anyone here doesn't know by now ....... I love eBay!

Those both sound interesting. I know right now what I'm keeping up with is something I can do at home. It's just alot easier right now, & I can do it at any time of the day, no matter what the weather.

But I've been doing the same thing for awhile. I think I need to change things up more. I need to get my heart rate up more & sweat.

Nancy, What are you doing right now? Its good to switch it up every 6 weeks. It might be a good idea to try something new. I think a lot of the beach body series are really good.

Luv, I thought about gett the slim series but I actually like lifting so I went with the P90 series. I still have an old VHS of the Windsor pilates. I havent use it in a long while though. I guess If I want to do some I can throw the tape in.

Maybe we can get some people using the beach body stuff.
