Default Exercise Room for the Week of April 3rd 2006

Ok, I got my legs all done WOOHOO you know I just can't find enough exercises for my legs adn I am getting really Board with what I am doing for my legs.

So this is how it went.

Leg Press Dropset 10x140lbs,10x130lbs,8x120lbs,8x110lbs (no rest between sets)
Seated calf Raises Dropset 12x130lbs,10x120lbs,12x110lbs,12x100lbs (no rest between sets)
Stiff legged Deadlifts 10x140lbs,10x130lbs,10x120lbs,8x110lbs, (no rest between sets)
Leg Extensions 8x100lbs,7x100lbs,7x100lbs,6x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Standing Calf Raises 10x130lbs,10x130lbs,10x130lbs,10x130lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Leg Curls 10x40lbs,10x40lbs,8x40lbs,8x40lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Cable Squats 10x140lbs,10x140lbs,10x140lbs,10x140lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
step calf raises 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets)
Ball Ham Curls 10xBW,10xBW,10xBW,10xBW (1 minute rest between sets)

It was an all right workout I really don't feel like I am working my legs enough MAN alive. I am gunna need to go to the gym I think and do leg day. I hate that I don't feel like I am getting enough GRRR I am sure I am my legs are just that strong now. HMMMM.

Well I did my wokrout and I am really happy.

The day seemed to go by fast, but I did my cardio & crunches.

The time change totally messed me up wish they would juts leave it alone that would be nicer. Today I plan on doing Chest and triceps and I am supposed to run but, I have extra kidlets today so it may not happen at least I will get my lweights done and I will report back later.

Did chest and Triceps today this is How it went.

Bench Press Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,9x50lbs, ( no rest between sets)
Overhead Tricep cable extensions Dropset 10x80lbs,10x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs (no rest between sets)
Chest Flies 10x20lbs,10x20lbs,8x20lbs,8x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Dumbell Extensions 12x20lbs,10x20lbs,10x20lbs,10x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Chest Pulls 6x40lbs,10x30lbs,10x30lbs,10x30lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Tricep Press 10x60lbs,10x60lbs,9x60lbs,8x60lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

My arms are Burnt so it was an awesome workout.

Way to Go nancy Sorry I wasn't here yesterday I had the worst Migrain ever I felt really really sick, Darn Hormones good news today Headache is gone I feel better but, I'm up 10 Pounds I even got my run in today already LOL.

got my run in today and I was going not too bad well I couldn't get my HR over 160 no matter how hard I pumped it I went 6 miles in 70 minutes and was on an incline of between 1.5 and 7 I dunno my Cardio vascular is getting reall really strong right now it's soooo increadible. And another thing I am noticing is when I am running I am sweating 10x as much is this like an adaptation to exercise the ability for me to cool myself off is getting better????

I dunno maybe I am Weird.

I just finished Upper Body weight I upped the weights on almost everything YAY me HE HE.

This is How it went

Standing Rows Dropset 8x90lbs,8x80lbs,7x70lbs,8x60lbs ( no rest between sets)
Spider Curls Dropset 8x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
Bent Over Rows 8x120lbs,8x120lbs,8x120lbs,8x120lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Cable Contraction curls 6x80lbs,6x80lbs,6x80lbs,6x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Front Lat Pulls 8x70lbs,8x70lbs,9x70lbs,9x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
Hammer curls 8x20lbs,8x20lbs,7x20lbs,7x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

Oh YA BABY!!!!

Way to Go Nanacy Great Job on Continuing up with the Exercsie I have 8 kids today so my exercise is looking after them.

Yesterday I did light cardio, some ankle weights for butt muscles, & crunches for abs. Not yet today.

My weight's going down, I think because I'm doing some exercise most days of the week. Doing some regular, consistent exercise is really making a big difference in the scale going down. Yay!!!!
