| Good day all! Heres the story i work 2 jobs and come home at 10:30-11 and get up at 4:30am. My only 2 days off from both are Fri/Sat Question is how can I work out during week and get good gains?? I have resistance bands and tredmill( my gym is closed at both times) I have Fri/Sat taken care of I will do a upper/lower split. What I was thinking is ... Mon- Weds :curcut train w/bands Tues-Thurs : tredmill Any ideas I am really p@#!@@##$# off that I have no time and 2 tired to get a kick a#@ workout.

| I don't do anything like what you can do with your workouts & don't know much about those specific workouts. But I can tell you that it really helped me when I started doing regular, persistent exercise most days of the week even if it was just a little. I used to think, "Why bother, if it's not a good workout". But when I started doing at least something almost every day I started to get out of a plateau. Consistency made more of a difference than intensity. I can usually find some way to fit something in if I view it like a daily thing, like brushing my teeth. Good luck! | ||||||||||

| I can totally understand why you would Be Po'ed man you work a lot of Hours is there any way you could Work out on a Lunch break or something just a thought. I think if you do any kind of exercise it's gunna help but, when you outgrow the bands becomming tooo strong for them then you will need to find your friend the Dumbell. You can get a wicked Workout with a set of Dumbells and an Exercise ball and it doesn't hvae to take very long if you are limited for time. You can do Supersets of your exercises and do 1 bodypart per day so you are working your Specific Target to Exhaustion it doesn't have to take more then 20-30 minutes if you do it right. Just do what you can it all helps with the Big Picture. Sarah
