For right now, I'm just getting this new thread started for the week at hand. I will be going for a walk later today. It seems that I've aquired a dog ......fulltime now. :Sarcastic: So, I don't know what that's going to do to my plan of bringing my bike to work and riding the trails when I get off. I'll have to go home first and let the dog out to potty now. When given lemons ...... make lemonade! | |||||||||||

| Ive done my 50 ablounger crunches today planning to walk the dog and get at least 30 minutes on the health walker today:sun: didnt get my walk but did everything else, it cant make up its mind if its gonna sunshine or snow here today LOL Last edited by Deblynn; 04-17-2006 at 05:00 PM. | ||||||||||

| No exercise for me on the long weekend. Will start my regular routine again tomorrow. We're supposed to have nice weather this week so no excuse not to run! | ||||||||||

| I got my walk in ,in between snow showers LOL. Actually the sun was even shining.I love to walk with the dog i cant wait till the weather is a little more realiable.

| Got in my workout today in the form of yard work. Lots of picking up brush and pulling lil sumac trees while hubby cut them down. Got sunburn, but then again its 94 outside.:cloud: Thought I was gonna get heat stroke. Kept feeling fainty and sick to my stomach, so I finally came in after 45 min and took a quick cold shower. I feel better now, but think I'll go lay down in front of the AC just in case. | |||||||||||

![]() Way to go, guys!! It's great having you all on this this thread! Oh, Bonnie, I know what you mean in your other post about the butt clenches. When I remember to keep doing them during a day, they REALLY make a difference. I'm glad you reinforced that because lots of times when I remember, I'm thinking, "Why bother? It's too easy". What a GREAT way for us to use down time!!! Keep letting us know how they're working, OK? That'll help me remember. And speaking of that part of the body, I'd better get off mine & do some exercise. I don't think sitting on mine & reading about Y'ALL's exercise raises my metabolism much...If it did, I'd have a body like a model! | ||||||||||

| Today I ran 15 mins, went to the gym did chest, back and quads, and 15 mins interval program on the stepper. I'm really liking the stairmaster, i can really feel it working my legs! I was going to run again tonight but one of my hamstrings was buggin me so i thought i should take it easy. The weather is really nice here this week..in teh high 60's today supposed to go up to the 70's by thrus..then of course back down and raining for the weekend LOL. | ||||||||||
